• Personal Information You Disclose to Us: This may include your name, email address, password, payment information (if applicable for premium features), and any other information you choose to provide, such as content you create (e.g., journal entries, responses to personalisation questions).
• Information automatically collected: When you use LifeWeave, we may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, referring URLs, pages visited, and the dates/times of your visits. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To provide, operate, and maintain our services, including the AI-powered features.
• To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
